Roc Danse de Salon (an association as defined by law 1901) was created in 2001 at the instigation of a group of dance enthusiasts.

Jean-Marc is our teatcher. He gives classes avery Friday night, catering for all levels and abilities : beginners and advanced.

These classes take place in the center of Rochechouart, in a purpose-built dance hall made available to the association by the commune. The idea is to learn to dance in a relaxed, friendly enviroment and above all to enjoy dancing.

In addition to the dance classes, the association participates in a number of events (including the Telethon and dinner dances) and offers its members activities such as dance evenings, trips, shows and an end of year dinner.

The members of the association, are delighted to welcome you to our site and wish you an enjoyable visit.

• Dances in couples : Rock, Cha-cha, Paso-doble, Tango, Rumba, Salsa.
• Dances in group : Madison, Country, Disco, Reggae, Charleston.

One of the goals of the association is to kepp memberships fees low enough for everyone who is interested in learnig to dance, particularly young people. And in the interests of encouraging potentiel members to try classes, the first two sessions are free.
